AFCEA Quantico-Potomac will host their 2nd annual Cyber Security Panel and has requested Waverley Labs Founder, Juanita Koilpillai, to be a panelist. Koilpillai was invited to represent the industry perspective on the “industry’s” influence of cyber security on the DoD. She will speak specifically on the need for the line of business owner to be involved to make the proper decisions on which technologies to buy and why quantifying risk will go a long way for a more strategic approach to becoming resilient to the cyber threat.

Other cyber security panelists include: CAPT Susan BryerJoyner, USN – US Cyber Command; Mr. Tony Gillespie – G-6, Marine Corps Installations East; Mr. Norm Laudermilch – COO, Invincea; and Mr. Phillip Soloweszyk, CTO, Navy/USMC, Microsoft.

In conjunction with National Cyber Security Awareness month, AFCEA QP’s Cyber Security Panel will be held on October 16, 2014 at 3:00pm in Quantico, Virginia. To learn more, visit: http://www.afcea-qp.org/2014/october-16-2014-cyber-security-panel-mixer/
